I understand that if I do not call/text/email before the 48 hour cancellation policy to reschedule or cancel my appointment, I will be charged the full amount of my booked appointment.
I understand that if I wish to not receive one or more of the services I have booked and want to keep another service, I will let the salon know before the 48-hour cancellation policy. (ex: if you are scheduled for a cut and style and only want the cut, PLEASE let us know ahead of time that you only wish to cancel the style as we set that time aside for you and need to know so we can open the appointment up for someone else.)
I understand that if I am receiving my first-time custom curl cut or am a returning/established client curl cut, I am to arrive with my hair down, dry, and in its curly state. No ponytails, buns, braids, or twist-outs.
I understand if I am receiving a curly cut and if I arrive incorrectly, I may be rescheduled and charged for the appointment.
I understand that if I am receiving a color service (Base/Grey coverage - Pintura highlights), I am to arrive with my hair down, detangled, dry, and in its curly state. (No more than 2 days old please).
I understand that no other guests are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. All other guests will be asked to leave due to Covid-19 regulations.
I understand I am to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appt time due to traffic etc. If I arrive 5 minutes PAST my 45 min appointment or 15 min PAST 1hr or more appointment, I may be charged in full for the appointment and rescheduled for another date.
I understand if I am late for my appointment that the salon will do their best to accommodate me with another stylist that day but if they can not, I will be charged for the missed appointment in full.
Please be advised of late fees. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will always do our best to accommodate you however, we will charge your card on file a $75 “Squeeze” fee as we have to swap things around on our end to accommodate your late arrival.
No call/no show will be responsible for the full cost of booked service/services.
As of June 1st, 2022- All appointments booked totaling $250+ will now require a 50% deposit one week prior to your appointment. We will send the self pay link to collect the deposit on the Tuesday one week prior to your appointment. The self pay link must be paid for by 5pm on the Saturday of that week. This will allow you to be able to cancel 48 hours before your appointment and receive the deposit back if needed.
Any edits to haircuts must be performed within two weeks of receiving service
